Interactive insert marker feature

Description

Add option to insert a marker:

  • user clicks on "insert marker" button (separate feature widget)
  • user navigates to the spot where the marker should be (tracker should show location and values)
  • user clicks on spot and marker should be inserted, showing a circle and the values just like the tracker text
