Check and fix 3DFrom3D colormap display

y-axis unit conversion bug. See test cases

Check that:

• color map (x-t-value) is shown correctly (y-axis layer widths match those of construction)
• data table has correct axis (from bottom to top for y-axis display, for x-axis display it should be left=top and bottom=right)
• data table has correct values

Problem: NUMS vector in D5 outputs. Check definition of DataIO.
