Import for 3D files where geometry change involves NUMs vector change.

-> DataIO manager sollte beim Update auf Änderung des Geofilenames prüfen bzw. bei eingebetteten D5 Geometriedaten auf Änderung im NUMS/Elements-Vektor prüfen.

Problem was in incomplete clearing of extractor - update of DataIO and Geometry file works fine.
