Rounding errors - use fuzzy comparison for time slider and data tables

Time slider should treat values 1,9999999 and 2 as the same and avoid interpolation.

When comparing profile outputs, same coordinates with rounding errors, for example 0,00099999 and 0,001 should be treated as the same for better comparison.

When comparing time outputs, same time points with rounding errors should be treated as the same.
