Managing format entries

Description

It is easy to create many format entries but after some time one would like to delete or rename such entries. a kind of managing is necessary here.

Suggestion: instead of showing formats to apply in menu list, create a menu entry:
"Chart formats..." which opens a dialog with a list of defined chart formats.

The table should offer for the currently selected format the following options:

  • apply to current chart
  • delete
  • rename

Pressing "Apply" closes the dialog and applies the style, just as the current menu entry actions do.
