Separate reading of postproc session files and restore of ui

Loading of post-proc session files should be done first without re-creating the UI components.

Then, UI components should be recreated in the following order, hereby elements with errors may be skipped and the session can still be recreated successfully:

• database directories (database tree view and fold/expand state)
• selected/checked directories (data table)
• data mappers (data mapper tree and fold/expand state)
• chart/table view (split-screen configuration and view settings)
