Win: Update installer fails to delete update installer when run with admin account

Description

-> Autoupdate
-> On next start PostProc asks to install update -> yes
-> Windows asks for Admin Account credentials
-> Installer completes
-> on next start, update installer is ran again

Problem: when installing with separate admin account, the original installer file is not removed after installing of update
