Exports always transparent

Description

When exporting charts the option 'no transparence' does not change anything. It is transparent anyway

EMF transport is currently always transparent. The option applies to PDF for now.

TODO : when enabled, add a colored background rectangle before exporting EMF.

TODO : check this - the current qwt-code generates a white rectangle as background image, but why?
