Add option to duplicate a time-animated extractor and fix the time point

Description

Add a feature in property tree view to duplicate an extractor and fix the time-cut value in the original extractor. Also change the name of the extractor so that the cutvalue appears in the description (general feature for "froozen" time-cut extractors)
