Apply formatting (selection of) to other charts

Add a feature that allows to apply the current settings of one chart to one/all others.

Executing this feature should open a dialog:

• user can check charts to apply properties to (list of checkboxes, all checked by default)
• user can select properties to apply (checkboxes)
  • axis format
  • axis limits (x, yLeft, yRight)
  • line properties
  • legend properties
  • global chart properties
